Refund Terms

- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is missing from the order.
- The vendor fails to deliver the order within the agreed timeline.
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or personal preference.
- Vendors refund terms will be taken into account.
- Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Refund Request Process
- Customers must submit a refund request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The request must include clear photos/videos as proof of the issue.
- Mahatta will review the request and coordinate with the vendor for resolution.
- Refund Approval & Processing
- If the refund request is approved, the customer will receive a refund within 5-7 working days through the original payment method.
- If the request is rejected, the customer will be notified with a reason.
- Return of Products (if required)
- In some cases, Mahatta may request the customer to return the product before processing the refund.
- The return process will be communicated to the customer, and Mahatta will arrange the pickup if needed.
- Vendor Responsibility
- Vendors are responsible for refund costs related to defective, wrong, or missing products.
- The cost of return delivery will be covered by the vendor in case of an approved refund request.
- Mahatta will deduct the refund amount from the vendor’s balance before transferring their earnings.
- Fraud Prevention
- Mahatta reserves the right to decline refund requests if fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Customers with repeated refund requests may be subject to account review.
By placing an order on Mahatta, the customer agrees to these refund terms. Mahatta reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
