Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery Timeline
    • The estimated delivery time for each order is based on the processing time mentioned in the vendor’s delivery terms.
    • Once the vendor confirms that the order is ready, Mahatta will assign the delivery to its logistics partner.
  2. Delivery Process
    • After the order is marked as ready by the vendor, delivery will take 1-2 working days within Bahrain, 3-5 working days for GCC.
    • Customers will receive a notification once the order is dispatched.
  3. Delivery Areas
    • Mahatta provides delivery services across Bahrain and GCC. For remote areas, additional delivery time may apply.
  4. Delivery Fees
    • Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on the location and order size.
  5. Missed Deliveries
    • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery partner will attempt to contact the customer for rescheduling.
    • If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, the customer may need to pick it up from a designated location or pay again for the delivery service.
  6. Damaged or Missing Orders
    • Customers must inspect their orders upon delivery. If there is any damage or missing items, they must report it within 24 hours of receiving the order from the complain form.
    • Mahatta will investigate and coordinate with the vendor for a resolution.
  7. Vendor Responsibilities
    • Vendors must ensure that orders are ready for pickup within the processing time mentioned in their terms.
    • Any delays in order preparation by the vendor may affect the overall delivery timeline.

By placing an order on Mahatta, the customer agrees to these delivery terms. Mahatta reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
