Tiny Time BH, we ensure you to deliver your orders safely with the highest standard. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders within Bahrain and GCC.
Shipping Within Bahrain
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
GCC Shipping Time: 4-6 business days.
Delivery Process
After the order is prepared, delivery takes 1-2 business days within Bahrain and 3-5 business days within the GCC.
Customers will receive a notification once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Cost: within Bahrain 2BHD and GCC countries (expect Oman) 5 BHD and for Oman 6BHD.
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout, we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier disruptions.
Refund Policy
Order Refund:
The item should have defect so refund be done. In Tiny Time BH we can offer you an exchange with other item with free delivery or else refund.
In refund the customer should hand over the item and during 2 business days the refund will happen.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Exchange:
No Exchange for all items when received if there is no damage.
Order Cancellation:
Before shipping: Deduct 20% of full payment and return the rest.
After shipping: No cancelation after shipping and deliver.
