Shipping Within Bahrain
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Delivery Fees
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on the location and order size.
Courier Partner: We work with reliable local couriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, we offer international shipping to select GCC countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Delivery Process
After the order is prepared, delivery takes one to two business days within Bahrain and three to five business days within the GCC.
Customers will receive a notification once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
At PCWAY, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Components are only refundable if PCWAY approves the refund after assessing the issue. If a component is damaged and replaced three times, a refund will be issued for the damaged part or the entire device.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Return Policy
Customers in the GCC Countries:
Returns within 3 days of receipt only.
Product must be unopened and in its original condition.
Shipping costs are covered.
Backup copies are returned within 5 to 10 days of file extraction.
Returns within Bahrain:
Returns are only accepted within two days of purchase if the product is unopened.
Order Cancellation:
Before shipping: Full refund.
After shipping: Deduct shipping and return fees + 5 dinars/50 riyals cancellation fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless proven defective:
Opened or used PC components (e.g. CPUs, GPUs, RAM, SSDs).
Software, digital products, or licenses.
Items damaged due to improper use or installation.
Clearance or final sale items.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for identical items in the case of damage or defect. For a different product, please request a return and place a new order.
